Due to Gerard’s recent health issues, he has decided to sell the farm and all of the farm equipment. Gerard is a highly respected member of the Pierz & Harding Community and has lived on the farm his entire life. Schubert Auction Service is honored to be selected by Gerard to conduct the sale. There are many great items along with the real estate to be offered. There will be online Bidding on some of the highlighted items.
Prior Inspection of the Items can be done at the same time as the Real Estate Viewing on May 24th from 5:00-7:00pm or on the Morning of the sale starting at 8:00am.

- Location: 26035 285th Ave Pierz, MN From Pierz go North on MN 25 Approximately 8 miles then head East on Morrison County 48 for 3 miles, On the Second Curve Head North on County Road 23 for 1.8 miles. From Brainerd Take MN 25 South approximately 11 miles then head East on Crow Wing County 2 for 2 miles then head South on County Road 23 for 5.2 Miles.(Signs Will Be Posted)
Schubert Auction Service is honored to be conducting the Farm Retirement Auction for Richard & Karen Fischer. Richard & Karen are highly respected members of the Pierz and Harding Community and have many very well taken care of items to be offered for auction. There will not be an abundance of small stuff on this auction so please plan on prompt attendance. There will be online bidding on many of the items, we will start the online simulcast portion of the sale at 11:00am.
