Due to Gaylin’s passing, Ilene has decided to sell their Real Estate and much of the personal property. Gaylin was a well-known avid outdoorsman who took very good care of his property and items. There are many great items on this sale most being in very good condition. There will be online bidding available on a select few highlighted items, but this will be a majority onsite auction. A Purchase Agreement will be completed with an attorney once we have determined the high bidder and it is approved by the owners.
